Once they arrive, they petition for their parents and other relatives to join them.

Even though illegal, the men take on four wives (via Islamic Law so it isn't officially illegal). The four wives each have countless children.

They immediately build mosques that blast prayers and recitations on loudspeaker throughout the day -- every day.

The native population begins to move away from the noise -- and property values drop. Muslims buy property cheap and takeover the neighborhood -- then the neighborhood next to it -- where they build another mosque.

They run for office and takeover as mayors, city council members, board of education and other offices.

Local laws and education begins to be altered to suit Islam.
