It's already happening in America
The Muslim Brotherhood began to infiltrate Egypt's universities in the 1960s. By the 1980s the bulk of universities had Islamists in control of the university administration and much of the faculty were Islamists.
In the 1980s, few female students wore headscarves, but by the 1990s, about 50% of the female students were wearing headscarves. Those who didn't, were sexually harassed, thereby forcing many to wear them, even if they preferred not to.
By the 2000s, the male students who had gone to university in the 1980s and 1990s, and who were exposed to Islamist teachings that stressed Islamic attire, were forcing their wives and daughters to wear the headscarf.
By 2010, veils were being enforced on women throughout Egypt's villages in the countryside. The Muslim Brotherhood had fully infiltrated villages that had high poverty, knowing these populations were easiest to control. They controlled the poor via claims that Islam, similar to socialism, would guarantee them free things.
They start by corrupting the thinking of the youth, but also use strategies of targeting marginalized populations and promoting socialism.
The Egyptian Muslim Brotherhood entered the U.S. in 1962 -- the same decade they began infiltrating universities in Egypt. Their first subversive organization in America was the Muslim Student Association, which began similar strategies of introducing Islam into our universities.
Today, most every university throughout America has a Muslim Student Association which actively teaches Islamic Law on American college campuses, brings speakers who promote Islamic Law, and even jihad, and which corrupts our youth with beliefs about Islamophobia -- to prevent students from asking question or questioning Islam.
