U.S. Military Officer escapes with Terrorists in Aleppo
December 23, 2016
Fourteen military officers working with terrorist groups in Aleppo are on the run in Syria. They are trying to escape with members of al-Qaeda. One of the military officers on the run is an American.
According to a press conference held December 19, 2016, Syrian UN Ambassador Dr. Bashar al-Jaafari stated:
“These Syrian moderate opposition individuals, who have foreign citizenships and nationalities, are trying to escape from the eastern part of Aleppo with the Terrorists. This is why you saw hysterical movement in the [UN Security] Council for the last three days. Because the main purpose is how to rescue these Terrorist Foreigners ... Intelligence Officers ... out of Aleppo.”
Note: The ambassador used the words "Syrian moderate opposition" sacastically. The individuals are not Syrian, nor could you call them moderate -- they committed murder and atrocities on civilians. The ambassador was notably angry when making the announcement.
The following military and intelligence officers were working with, and residing with, al-Qaeda in Syria and the Free Syrian Army in Aleppo. They are now trying to escape with their fellow terrorists.

A reporter asked Ambassador Jaafari: "Regarding these names and nationalities [of the foreign officers trying to escape with terrorists]. What are you planning to do with them?"
Ambassador Jaafari: "We are going to catch them. And show them to you."
Reporter: "Only them? Or other fighters?"
Ambassador Jaafari: "I’m talking about the foreigners, the Intelligence Officers whose names I have mentioned a few minutes ago. You want to see them, we will show them to you."
Reporter: "You named off a whole list of individuals you claim are ... [the Ambassador interrupts, says “nice people, yeah”] ... the reporter continues, “who are Intelligence Agents .. “ ... The Ambassador interrupts again, “No, no, they are Syrian Opposition” (he says this with great sarcasm because these foreigners were working with al-Qaeda terrorists).
Reporter: "Are they still in eastern Aleppo?"
Ambassador Jaafari: "Yes, this is why you saw the hysterical movements by France and Britain and the Americans, because they wanted to guarantee their safety out of Aleppo."
Reporter: "How have you been able to name them?"
Ambassador Jaafari: "We don’t have strong Intelligence Services [sarcasm]. Thank you so much [and he leaves the podium].
Important Note: The press conference lasted over 30 minutes and the reporters had treated the Ambassador with ill respect and rudeness. They cited lies by mainstream media and the Ambassador had clearly had enough.
At the press conference, reporters asked questions about the evacuations of east Aleppo and also about humanitarian aid, accusing Syria of not providing aid. Ambassador Jaafari was notably annoyed by the biased western media lies.
Ambassador Jaafari explained that Syria had agreed to the UN Resolution even though its wording is very ambiguous (allowing all types of loopholes for the terrorist groups -- and now we know why -- because American military was actively participating with the terrorist groups in Syria).
Jaafari reported that more than 100,000 civilians had been successfully evacuated from east Aleppo between November 26 and December 14, 2016 and that they were all provided housing, food and full medical needs. He also noted that 80% of the food and other aid was provided solely by the Syrian government (full aid to displaced Syrians has been ongoing for five years: Syria has always provided for its displaced citizens).
Jaafari reiterated that Syria agreed to transport "unlawful armed groups and families" from Aleppo (i.e. al-Qaeda and Free Syrian Army members) but he stated that many of these terrorists have refused to be transported – they are still out and about -- fully armed (thanks to the loopholes in the one-sided, pro-terrorist UN Resolution).
Jaafari pointed out that the terrorists have repeatedly broken the terms of the agreement. The terrorists continue to carry medium range weapons (and some wear suicide belts). The terrorists have also kidnapped civilians and held them hostage.
Yet Syria continued to keep their part of the Resolution and has safely evacuated the unlawful, armed groups.
By December 19th, 3,750 terrorists were evacuated from east Aleppo and were provided safe transportation out.
Jaafari stated that mainstream media continues to support armed, unlawful groups "by turning a blind eye to what they do".
He gave the example of the 25 evacuation buses that were burned by the terrorists and also mentioned the seven year old girl who was used as a suicide bomber by her father, an al-Qaeda member, who blew his daughter up using a remote control.
Western media has reported none of these terrorist activities.
Also he noted, many sick and wounded civilians were attacked by the terrrorists at the evacuation buses. This also was not reported by mainstream media.
A reporter asked Ambassador Jaafari: "Who was responsible for the burning of the buses?"
Ambassador Jaafari: "The group who burned the buses is called Saraya el-Tawhi. Which is part of al-Qaeda and Jaish al-Fateh. Saraya el-Tawhid is with the Turkish Intelligence."
Reporter: "What’s the status of the people in Fuah and Kufreyah [did they get out]?"
Jaafari: "They [Saraya al-Tawhid] killed three drivers, abducted the remaining 22 drivers, burned 25 buses, and prevented the evacuation of the wounded people from Kufreyah and Fuah. But today we have succeeded in evacuating hundreds of these wounded people from Kufreyah and Fuah."
Jaafari said this was "a test for the US, UK and France to prove whether they will continue to lie about what is really happening and continue to support these terror groups".
One reporter asked Ambassador Jaafari: "Your government does not allow Humanitarian Aid into Syria ... Two quick questions, Mr. Ambassador. Are you going to implement this Resolution in full? Are you going to let the UN Humanitarian Aid deliver aid into Aleppo?
Ambassador Jaafari: "The provision of the UN Resolution that we have just adopted has been implemented by the Syrian Government for five years. So this is something not new for us. On the contrary, we are welcoming the good intentions, if there are any, behind the adoption of this Resolution. Meaning that, we would like to see genuine partners with us to implement the provisions of this Resolution. Because it has always been a one-way ticket. While implementing the Humanitarian assistance it has always been the Syrian government who provides 80% of the assistance of the needs [of the people]. So it is time for those who pretend they have good intentions toward the Syrian people to share with us, the Syrian government, this burden, Humanitarian burden. We are not that sad about this Resolution, because it is part of our continuing daily efforts."
A reporter asked: "Will the Syrian government allow in UN observers?"
Ambassador Jaafari: “You didn’t read the Resolution. You were not following the events correctly. We are talking about Observers who are still there on the spot. The Resolution talks about Observers who are there! All of them are there. They have been implementing the provisions of the Resolution.
Reporter: "Will you guarantee their safety?"
Ambassador Jaafari: "We have guaranteed the safety of the UN staffers for six years. Six years! And none of the UN staffers got killed, wounded or abducted -- just for your information. And we paid costly for that! Because too many of our officers, our humanitarian workers, got killed doing that."

The U.S. State Department made a statement two days later, on December 21st, that the State Department was "unaware of any aid deliveries" going to Aleppo. This statement came after it was well documented that Syria and Russia were providing ongoing humanitarian operations.
“I’ve seen no reports of aid getting in.” US State Department spokesman Kirby told reporters, even though aid has been reported and documented by UN observers from November 26th to the present.
Kirby told reporters to "refer to mainstream news coverage" that shows “the devastation that’s being wrought on the people of Aleppo.” In other words, Kirby was telling the reporters to continue with the propaganda and not to convey what the UN observers were reporting -- that housing, food and medical aid was indeed being given.
To date, mainstream media coverage only shows old photos of destruction caused by terrorists, or, the faked, dramatized "rescues" made by the propaganda group, White Helmets.
This statement by the State Department was clearly made to further confuse the American people into believing the propaganda rather than the truth.
Besides what the Syrian government has been providing, over 280 tons of humanitarian supplies arrived in Syria by sea from the Russian government. Aid supplies are continuously taken to the refugee centers where medical treatment and basic necessities are being distributed around the clock. There are 150 kitchens at the centers that provide hot meals.
Additionally, Russian and Egyptian sappers immediately went into the evacuated areas to de-mine the neighborhoods from bombs placed by the terrorists. Some people are already being allowed to return to their homes, now cleansed of both terrorists and IEDs.
In neighborhoods that were permanently destroyed by the terrorists, Syrian volunteers have already arrived and have begun the organizational process of reconstruction and rebuilding. Yet none of this is reported by mainstream media. Instead, the State Department tells reporters to "refer to mainstream coverage showing devastation".
