30,000 illegals from countries listed as having high terrorist concerns have crossed the Mexican border into the U.S.

UPDATED: March 26, 2020

Nearly 151,000 border crossers and illegal aliens have been apprehended at the U.S. - Mexico border since October 2019 from at least 72 countries.

The border wall is not complete. There are many areas where aliens continue to enter the U.S. who are not caught.

An enormous number of illegals crossing into the U.S. via Mexico have been smuggled into the U.S. via South and Central American smuggling networks specializing in individuals from the Afghanistan-Pakistan region, the Middle East, and Africa.(1,2,3,4,5)

One border patrol agent said: “... there is a clear pipeline from the Middle East through Mexico … there is no telling how many other people from countries that sponsor terrorism could be utilizing that same pipeline.”(4)

Many thousands of these illegals entering the U.S. from Mexico are from: Pakistan, Egypt, Yemen, North Africa, and various Mid-East countries.(3) These are countries were al-Qaeda has bases or a large presence.

From July 2016 to July 2017, there were 7,712 Islamist terrorist encounters originating from the Mexican border.(2)

In 2018, more than 668 Bangladeshis crossed illegally into the US from Mexico.(4) Bangladesh is the 4th largest Muslim country in the world and Islamic extremism is extremely high in Bangladesh. Al-Qaeda's fastest growing network is in Bangladesh and the Indian Subcontinent.

More than a decade ago, al-Qaeda stated that its strategy was to use America's lax immigration laws to infiltrate the U.S. The plan is for Muslims to “wrap themselves in America’s rights and laws for protection, ratchet up acceptance of Sharia law, and then, when they are strong enough [in numbers], rise up and violently impose Sharia from within.” (10)

We are currently seeing this plot in its final stages.

All of al-Qaeda's leadership were Muslim Brotherhood members and the two groups continue to work in tandem in many countries. Various Intelligence agencies have warned Congress of the serious threat the Muslim Brotherhood and al-Qaeda pose to America.(7) Historically, the Muslim Brotherhood and al-Qaeda have worked in tandem since the 1990s.

Al-Qaeda intensified worldwide calls to jihad in America starting in 2011.(6)

After the death of Osama bin Laden in 2011, Barack Obama said in various news conferences that al-Qaeda was no longer a threat.

Obama lied. By 2009, the U.S. State Department knew that bin Laden served only as a figurehead for al-Qaeda.(8)

Ayman Zawahiri has been al-Qaeda's leader since May 2011. Zawahiri was a co-founder of al-Qaeda and has always been al-Qaeda's "Strategic and Operational Planner." Zawahiri has proven to be a far more strategic leader than bin Laden and has expanded the number of al-Qaeda branches around the world.(8) After bin Laden’s death, Zawahiri immediately began making calls for jihad in America.(8)

Zawahiri has always declared that al-Qaeda’s primary target is the United States.(9)

ISIS began as al-Qaeda in Iraq. Al-Qaeda in Iraq then united with al-Qaeda in Syria to form the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS). As ISIS slowly evacuated Syria and Iraq, most have gone to Afghanistan and Pakistan to regroup with al-Qaeda. We are seeing the results of this as these jihadists are now being funneled into the U.S. via Mexico.

Al-Qaeda Training Camps
Al-Qaeda training camps are located worldwide. Jihadist training camps are created not only of an al-Qaeda core base, but by members of branches and affiliate groups, such as the Muslim Brotherhood and al-Shabab.

Al-Qaeda also relies on proxy training facilities of terrorist groups like Taliban and ISIS.

Al-Qaeda training camps are often small, just one or two buildings, and are often temporary — they stay on the move and relocate to avoid detection by satellite or intelligence agents. These groups are increasingly sharing resources when it comes to training.

According to some estimates, there are about 40 training camps in and around Pakistan. Once trained, these fighters are then dispersed as mercenary fighters to fight for Islam where needed, including in the West. Many are being funneled through the South and Central American jihadi network system to Mexico.

A 2005 law that required Customs and Border Protection agents to collect DNA samples from those arrested at the border to use in terror investigations was removed in 2010 by the Obama administration.(11)

Al-Qaeda Affiliates and Branches:

Muslim Brotherhood: many members belong to both groups simultaneous and respond to each others calls for mercenary fighters.
Hamas: the Palestinian branch of Muslim Brotherhood and official affiliate of al-Qaeda.
Al-Shabab: based in East Africa, officially declared its union with al-Qaeda in Feb. 2012. Al-Shabab announced it seeks to make the entire horn of Africa under al-Qaeda leadership.
Al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula: the union of al-Qaeda’s branches in Saudi Arabia and Yemen.
ISIS: al-Qaeda in Iraq intensified their campaign in Iraq from Oct. 2004 - Feb. 2014. In Feb. 2014, al-Qaeda in Iraq declared itself the Islamic State in Iraq. Months later, it merged with al-Qaeda in Syria and became the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria = ISIS. ISIS is al-Qaeda.
Al-Qaeda in the Indian Subcontinent: founded in September 2014 in India, and now very active in Bangladesh.
